Margarita's Story
OK, I guess I'll share my story... I've been married for 28 years and have 2 daughters. Both attend Pasadena City College.
Despite our adventures at St. Andrew's both girls attended Catholic elementary and High Schools. ( I know, many of you already have adult children, we had our family when I was in my mid and late 30's)
I have been working as an accountant for 30+ years, starting after my college graduation from Cal State LA.
I've worked for a major bank and am now working for a healthcare firm. I've enjoyed my career, though both my daughters are pursuing other careers, c...Expand for more

My life is still in Pasadena. I also have 2cats and a dog, to round out the family. Day to day life is busy enough, but we have found time over the years to visit my family in Holland. Last time was in 2006, with my girls in tow. We spent time in London and Paris as well.
Retirement is still far away, Husband and I are still adjusting to having 2 'adult" girls (they still live at home) Pretty soon we'll have the empty nest syndrome. Advice anyone??
